Milwaukee Junction is where city meets neighborhood in Detroit. Just off Woodward and E. Grand Boulevard, this small neighborhood has been a creative hub in Detroit for 100 years.
The Model T, Detroit’s Motion Picture Industry, and Techno Music call the Junction home. It was a live/ work/ play destination long before that phrase was coined.
Today, award-winning restaurants, lively stores, co-working centers, coffee shops, bars and independent businesses sit alongside longstanding neighborhood stalwarts like Kiesling, Jam Handy, Tangent Gallery, Underground Resistance, the Detroit Design Center and many others.
